If on Windows 10 it's got built in iso mounting. Just right-click the file and select MOUNT - then it'll show up as a new drive. If on windows 7 or 8 use 3rd party software to mount the disc image.4) Go to the Disc Image 1 Drive and Run setup. Choose the folder for the Library and the folder for the VST plugin as usual. Now, unlike the original/real Ivory install you now back out & exit setup once the basic plugin is installed. You don't continue to install the library content at this stage.
It'll make the 'Ivory Items' folder in the location you specified (ignore the 'Ivory Library Tools' window that pops up and exit).5) Now you can mount each disc image file disc2 through disc10. Copy the content of the 'Ivory Items' folder in each disc to the 'Ivory Items' root directory where the Library is being installed.6) Run the 1.63 update.

The files are in the wrong (MAC?) format and need to be converted or they won't show up in Ivory (it'll say 'No Keyboard sets' when you try to load a piano. Run 'Ivory Library Tools' in the Tools menu in the Ivory Items folder.

Select convert libraries and it'll convert the files to required format. The Bosendorfer had an invalid checksum and would not convert and aborted the whole conversion process. I had to move the Bosendorfer outside of the Ivory Items folder and run the conversion again and it worked for all the other pianos. I haven't tried to reinstall the Bosendorfer from the disc image files yet.11) Ivory v1.64 is now installed and activated.
